Buddies of Beckets started  back in 2016, when Nick and Joy decided to set up a group of volunteers who wanted to improve the use and appearance of the unloved Beckets Park.  

With support from Northampton Borough Council a launch event was held in June 2016.  Lots of feedback was received as to what people would like to see in Beckets Park.  The first thing to tackle was the appearance, and following donations of bulbs and lots of volunteers we planted lots of daffodils to bring colour in the Spring.
